"Bound to become well known are crisp, lush squash blossoms filled with creamy sweet corn, ricotta and Parmigiano-Reggiano; and sformato—a savory, elegant flan made with shaved asparagus and truffled egg salad. Pastas are handmade daily with organic ingredients. Fazzoletti, or “silk handkerchiefs,” are glistening ribbons of pasta dressed with a fragrant pesto. Seafood makes the Sicilian mixed grill memorable; fish and shellfish are coated in oregano-scented bread crumbs and napped with lemon and marjoram spiced sauce."
